Book Review: BibleRhymes’ Noah and the Ark

This is Ken McCardell. I’m the author of BibleRhymes children’s book series and I’m proud to share a book review of our BibleRhymes’ Noah and the Ark hardcover Bible story with you!

I’ll keep my words short and sweet and point you to this thoughtful book review.

Before I began working with Antonella I saw many of her paintings. She has a unique style and her pictures just got me smiling. I had no idea how to draw, paint or illustrate at all. I believe my artistic side was mostly showing up in my cooking.

This cherry ring I (Ken McCardell) made is a Christmas treat I share during the holidays. It was always a favorite of mine growing up. Thank you, Mom!
This cherry ring I (Ken McCardell) made is a Christmas treat that I share during the holidays.
As a kid, come Christmas Eve I was ready to devour cherry rings. My mother made it a staple of our family’s Christmas diet (to go along with the fresh-squeezed orange-juice that my father worked many hours on).

And now, people have my mother to thank for the cherry rings I’ve handed out at Christmas time. I suppose they may blame her for some of the sit-ups that they need to do after the holidays.

If you ate one of these cherry rings, you’d think that my mom taught me well.

You can see the recipe here. And if you’d like extra pictures to help you understand the process, just ask. I can set up another page with step by step photos to help make cooking this treat a simple task.
