Book Reading – Noah and the Ark

I (author and illustrator Ken McCardell) did a book reading of my BibleRhymes series at North Hills Child Care in Michigan. This video is of my reading of BibleRhymes’ Noah and the Ark. I entertained children (and adults) of all ages. Between my book reading and the antics and questions of the children, everyone got some laughs.

This version of BibleRhymes’ Noah and the Ark is available as a hardcover! It was written by myself and illustrated by Antonella Chirco. Her pictures are full of smiles that are easily spread around a room.

I also read BibleRhymes’ Creation during the visit with this class. And I read “Creation” to a preschool class as well. The kids were great at this event and so was the staff on hand.

What Does Noah Mean?

The meaning of the name Noah is considered to be along the lines of peace and comfort. And what is a very peaceful sight? A rainbow—like the one at the end of the Bible story of Noah and the Ark.

Book Illustrations

You can see pictures from a version of Noah that I’ve illustrated as well.

That version of Noah and the Ark is available as one of our online Bible stories.
