Lessons of a Prodigal Son
The Bible story was not meant to be taken literally. It was a story told by Jesus to teach a lesson. And a lesson that can be learned from this story is that Our Father is waiting for us.
People often get off track in life. They may have come to a fork in the road and picked the wrong path to follow. It’s safe to say that every one of us has been on the wrong path, or made decisions that were not the most beneficial to us, those around us, or society at some point.
But as in the Bible’s story, Our Father is waiting with open arms to accept us back into the fold. When we open our hearts to Him, He will race right in.
